I love this little gym. It offers a lot of different machines and free weights. I have been going to NLF for now about 4 months.
The staff is amazing. I’d have to say Ed, Ryan and Maria are my favorites. The other weight lifters are friendly. Many will speak to you.
The trainer rates are very reasonable as well.
